**La Barbacha: A Taste of Authentic Mexican Cuisine** Nestled on E Cesar E Chavez Ave in Los Angeles, La Barbacha delivers a robust experience of traditional Mexican flavors that leaves patrons looking for every opportunity to return. Renowned for its mastery of lamb barbacoa, the restaurant offers a standout signature dish that evokes the authentic culinary heritage of Hidalgo. Guests rave about the handcrafted tortillas, which elevate the entire meal, and the delightful aguas frescas that complement the rich flavors perfectly. Lamb barbacoa Hidalgo stile the authentic stile and hand made tortillas, pluz. Everything else there is the authentic Mexican cuisine from that state they even have pulque, is an authentic getting drunk drink from the time of the Aztecs! That place is a must go!

The barbacoa and the consome were delicous. The tortillas hechas a mano complemented the barbacoa so well. The aguas frescas were good too. Great service! ¡Me encanto todo!

My family and I were excited to try the barbacoa at this place! We drove an hour to do so. The barboca was delicious. However, the service was terrible and ruined the positive idea of the place. My mother's diet is very limited due to health issues, so we made sure to be clear about how her food should be prepared. The staff did not fulfill our order as requested and did not offer to remake the food as it was ordered. We ended up paying for the wrong order and had to go to another place so mom could eat. I would not recommend this place because of that. The lady serving was not friendly or customer service centrict. It's a shame since their barbacoa is so good Edit: I have been back multiple times. Service has improved! Food is still delicious

This place was really good. But I think it was a little on the expensive side. I spent almost 50 on a meal for two. But nevertheless the food was delicious. I would recommend it to friends and family.

My first time coming to this place and I hope they get tons of customers because this place is one of the best spots in East LA! Handmade tortillas, gorditas and they use their own recipes. Very traditional cooking like homemade food. The chicharron gordita was my favorite with the green salsa (nonspicy) if you are like me that don't eat spicy foods. I can't wait to come back again.
